Panna Cotta with Spicy Jelly Recipe
Delicious classic dessert in the winter variation. It is prepared simply and quickly, but it takes time to solidify so that the layers do not mix.

  1. Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of water.

  2. Mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Boil. Cool slightly and add the swollen gelatin to this mixture. Pour into glasses and put in the refrigerator for an hour or two

  3. When the Panna cotta is frozen, you can start preparing a layer of jelly. Again, soak the gelatin in water. Pour the cherry juice into a saucepan, add the spices, sugar, and bring to a boil. Add the swollen gelatin to the juice.
