Instructions
Dissolve starch in 100 grams of milk. We put the rest of the milk on the fire until it boils.
After boiling, add sugar, cocoa and coffee, mix.
Pour in the milk with starch in a thin stream. Cook over low heat. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
You can drink both hot and cold. Jelly, when it cools down, becomes very thick, you can even eat it with a spoon. Almost like dessert.
