Coffee “Raphaello” Recipe

  1. Prepare a strong espresso in a coffee machine (300 ml) or in a turk.
  2. Heat the cream in the microwave or on the stove.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of coconut liqueur into a warm cup, for example, Malibu, then hot cream, pour brewed coffee on top.
  4. Carefully put the whipped cream in each cup and garnish with coconut shavings.
