To make homemade cappuccino, you need to take high-fat milk with a short shelf life. Heat the milk to 60° without bringing it to a boil. Pour into the bowl of a blender, tilt the bowl at an angle of 45° and beat until thick foam.
Pour boiling water over the coffee, add sugar, and mix.
Spoon the foam from the milk into a Cup of coffee, and carefully pour the remaining milk in a thin stream along the edge of the Cup.
