Cold Dessert “Peppery Apple Cream” Recipe
A very attractive and delicious dessert made from the most common products. The highlight of it is sweet paprika and pink pepper. In the original source was a cream-fresh, I replaced it with yogurt – it turned out wonderfully! Dessert with an exquisite taste! Be sure to let stand in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Ingredients
  • 1piece Applered and juicy
  • 1,5tablespoons Sugar
  • 80ml Yogurtor sour cream or yogurt or any sour milk mix
  • 1tablespoon Lemon juiceI took a Limoncello
  • Paprika sweetground -I took 0.5 teaspoons oe to taste
  • Pink pepperI took 10 pieces for a cream dish, to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the Apple into a small cube (remove the seed pod, do not peel)
  2. Put the apples in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, put on a low heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice or Limoncello to the yogurt. Mix well – if you want, then add a sweetener-I did not add.
  4. Spread some of the yogurt in the cremans.
  5. Then spread the apples with the juice. Cover with the remaining curd.
  6. Sprinkle with sweet paprika and pink pepper. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours-be sure!
