Peel the apples, remove the seed pods and cut into a small cube.
Put in a microwave dish, sprinkle with sugar, pour 50 ml of water and put in the microwave.
Cook for 4 minutes at 800 W, stir for another 4 minutes.
Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, but using 250 ml of milk. Interfere constantly, otherwise it will burn.
Dissolve the gelatin.
Add the vanilla pudding and gelatin to the applesauce.
Punch with a blender until smooth.
To cool down a bit.
Prepare a form - better rectangular, so it is easier to spread the cookies.
I used an 18 cm round one.
The taste of cookies affects the taste of the dessert - choose your favorite.
I laid out the form with film.
Put the cookies on the bottom, pour out part of the Apple filling, again the cookies and the remaining filling
I used only a whole cookie and a crumb.
Sprinkle the top with crushed cookies and put them in the refrigerator overnight.
Carefully remove the sides and decorate as desired.
