Sour Cream Dessert with Vanilla Recipe

  1. Soak the gelatin in water and leave to swell. Beat the egg yolks with a mixer until white. Add the vanilla and pour in the warm milk. Place the milk mass in a water bath and warm it until it thickens. Mix the prepared mass with sour cream, pour into the cremans and place in the refrigerator to solidify. Before serving, add a spoonful of jam to each dessert.
