  1. Put cottage cheese (400 gr) in a bowl. Melt the butter (150 g), cool it and add it to the curd. Then add vanilla sugar (1 pack), add baking powder (1 pack.)
  2. Using a blender leg, puree the curd mass into a homogeneous, smooth mass.
  3. Then add the total amount of flour (250 gr) I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you may need a little more flour. When kneading, you should get a soft, easy-to-use dough.
  4. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Then roll out the dough into a layer 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the circles.
  5. Egg (1 PC.) beat, grease the surface of each cookie and sprinkle with sugar, roll in half. Then re-lubricate with beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle the surface of the cookie with crushed and fried almonds. Send the baking tray with cookies to the oven preheated to 190*C, bake until Golden.
