A set of ingredients for making cookies.In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients: flour (450 gr.), baking powder (1 pack.), salt (1 chip.), sugar 1 (tbsp.spoon). Mix the dry ingredients. Pre-RUB the cottage cheese and mozzarella balls through a metal sieve. This step should not be neglected. Cottage cheese and mozzarella should have a fine uniform consistency. Add cold butter to the cottage cheese and mozzarella (it is desirable to freeze the butter in the freezer) grated on a large grater. Mix the mixture of cottage cheese and butter / RUB until a uniform structure. Then add a mixture of dry ingredients. Knead a soft plastic dough. Lightly dust the table surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer 5-6 mm thick. Logging cookie cutter to cut out various figures. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar.
