Put grated cheese, butter, flour, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor (knife attachment).
Turn on the combine and mix until smooth (~15-20 seconds).
Hands blind the dough into a ball.
Then divide it into two equal parts, forming them into cylinders (with d4 cm).
Wrap the cylinders in parchment or plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Preheat the oven to 180°C. cover the baking Sheet with parchment.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and cut it into 0.5 cm thick circles. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
Lubricate the cookies with the beaten egg.
Then put a nut on each circle and press it lightly.
Bake for ~15 minutes.
Allow the finished liver to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a dish. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Pour wine into glasses and serve cookies with it.
