  1. Freeze sour cream, fermented baked milk and kefir. Put a sieve or colander on a deep bowl and cover with folded gauze 4-6 times. Lay out the frozen dairy products and leave until completely defrosted. Cover the top with gauze.
  2. After complete defrosting, a cheesy mass is obtained in a gauze and whey in a bowl (later you can use it for baking)
  3. Mix the resulting raw mass. Curd cream cheese is ready!
  4. Add salt to the cheese. Divide into 2 parts. In one part add a finely chopped bunch of dill.
  5. Chop and add the garlic, mix.
