Crispy Salad with Tomatoes and Crab Sticks Recipe
It just amazed me – because the ingredients are familiar and affordable, and the taste is simply amazing! And juicy, and bright, and crunchy! When we were students, we rarely went to a cafe to eat salads – usually the rule was that you need to eat right at home so that you have enough money for everything else. We all liked the salad, so far no holiday goes without it! I would really like you to try it too!

  1. Here are the ingredients we’ll need.
  2. We cut the bread into large cubes to make our crackers.
  3. Now we spread our bread cubes on a baking sheet, lightly sprinkle with your favorite oil (I took sesame). Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 5-7 minutes – but watch out for them.
  4. Now prepare all the ingredients. Crab sticks should be cut into strips.
  5. We also slice pickles and cheese. Cheese can be grated on a coarse grater.
  6. Cut onions into half rings, and tomatoes into slices-quarters.
  7. Now prepare the salad sauce – for this, mix mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon juice thoroughly.
  8. Well, the most interesting thing is that we are collecting our salad – I served it for myself using this form. Place the mold in the center of the plate.
  9. Put the tomatoes and onions in the first layer.
  10. Next comes a layer of pickled cucumbers.
  11. Then lay out a layer of cheese and smear it with sauce, lightly tamping.
  12. Now we spread the crab sticks and lightly lubricate them with mayonnaise sauce. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
  13. And, of course, our crackers! Remove the form from the salad and carefully decorate with crackers. Here’s a lovely little photo we took of it!
