Croutons for Breakfast Recipe
When I want to start the day beautifully, I make these croutons. The outside is crunchy, the inside is soft, very fragrant and, of course, delicious!

  1. How I cook these croutons, watch in a short video (just one minute!). I cut the bread about a centimeter thick.
  2. Carrots and cheese rub on a fine grater, cut the greens finely. Beat the eggs, salt, add spices (usually a mixture of peppers). I mix it all up.
  3. Pieces of bread are dipped in the resulting mixture and spread on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
