In a mortar, grind into a paste the nuts, garlic, a pinch of salt and 3 tbsp olive oil.
Spread the nut paste evenly on the bread. Put the bread on a baking sheet and put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven on 10 shadowing Give a bit cool down.
While preparing the croutons, cut the pears lengthwise into slices 5-7 mm thick, cut the core with the seeds.
In capacity lay down pears, add 1 UF. L. olive butter, juice than half lime, a bit of salt, neatly randomize.
Fry the pears on both sides in a hot grill pan until dark characteristic stripes form (2-3 minutes per side).
Put on toast slices of pears, crumble cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Can be served hot or cold.
