Ingredients

Cucumber

Vinegar

Garlic
500
milliliters
Water
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Peel and wash the cucumbers. Cut into pieces.
Whisk with a blender into a puree.
Pour water. You can add tan, or ayran, or serum. And whisk again until foam forms.
It’s all. You can use it. And you can decorate with anything: lime slices, shrimp… And serve anything: in a plate, in a glass.
