Boil any vegetables until soft. Follow your personal preferences here. The taste and color of bread will depend on the vegetables used. For example, you can make red bread if you use beets; yellow if you use carrots; green if you use greens (such as spinach), etc.
Personally, this time I decided not to experiment with color and cooked bread on ordinary cauliflower.
Boiled vegetables grind in a blender, or mince.
Mix 1 Cup of chopped vegetables with about 4 cups of flour and knead the dough.
The dough should be very elastic!
Now we need to dilute the resulting dough with mineral water. Add mineral water a little bit and knead, knead, knead. The dough should be quite soft, but at the same time, so that it was possible to roll out. If it turned out too sticky, then soften a piece of butter in your hands and mix the dough again, then it will not stick to your hands.
Divide the dough into several equal pieces.
Roll out each piece in such an oval, a couple of millimeters thick. If desired, you can sprinkle the cakes with sesame seeds.
Place the obtained cakes on a baking sheet.
And bake at 225 degrees, for about 10 minutes, until Golden brown spots.
The scones must be very swollen!!! Tell me, isn't that a miracle?
