Instructions
Preparation of ingredients.
Fry the sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry frying pan, stirring regularly.
Cut cucumbers into strips.
Pepper cut into strips. I have half red and half yellow.
For dressing, mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice and oil. Sesame oil can be replaced with olive oil.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and add the chopped coriander.
