Cucumber Salad “Surprise” Recipe
I suggest you try a simple salad of well-known products, but its taste is quite unusual. I really like fresh cucumbers, but I rarely eat them for a number of reasons. And yesterday in a cafe I decided to ask for a cucumber salad.

  1. That’s all we need: two eggs, cucumber, ham, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little salt. I bought a ham in a package, sliced.
  2. Whisk small eggs into a soft mousse, add salt and cook two thin omelets in a frying pan with butter. Do not spare the butter, the pancake will turn out softer. While the eggs are cooling, cut the cucumber with a vegetable peeler or a knife into long strips, and also cut the ham. Add salt to the cucumber, but do not pour the juice. The cooled pancakes are also cut into strips.
  3. Now gently mix everything in the salad bowl. Prepare the dressing: mix 3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a separate container and pour over the salad. Leave for 30 minutes, add salt if necessary.
  4. The salad turns out to be very juicy, hearty, can even serve as breakfast or a light dinner.
