The idea of filling was born with a friend brought from Thailand my favorite pineapple. On any of my holiday table, there are always dishes with pineapple. I decided to cook something new. It turned out very gently and juicy.
500g liver cut into slices, 2 onions - into slices. 500g liver cut into slices, 2 onions - into slices.
Install a small grate on the meat grinder. Pass through a meat grinder alternately liver, onion, liver, onion, and so on. Add 3 eggs and 200g of kefir (2.5%) and mix.
Add 1 tsp of soda, slaked in 1 tbsp of vinegar 9%.
Add 3 tbsp. with a pile of flour, salt and pepper to taste, mix. The dough should turn out like pancakes, but a little thicker.
Products for the filling. Pineapple is better to take a whole, but you can also canned.
Divide the pineapple lengthwise into 4 parts. Separate the flesh from the rind and cut out a hard core. The filling eventually took 3/4 of the pulp.
Grate the pineapple on a large grater, put it in a strainer to drain the juice.
Grate the cheese on a large grater.Pineapple to combine in cheese, add the 6 tablespoons with a slide of mayonnaise, 1-2 small cloves of garlic. Garlic is better to add a little and try (to your taste). Garlic should not interrupt the taste of pineapple.
Grease the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour out a portion of the dough and spread it all over the pan with a spoon. Fry.
Flip the pancake to the other side and fry it quickly.
So bake 8 pancakes, adding vegetable oil to the pan as necessary.
Spread the pancakes on a platter and grease with the filling (2 tbsp). Then put the next pancake, grease the filling and so on.
Trim the uneven edges carefully with a knife, brush the sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with boiled egg yolk.
