Very tasty tea, I found on one of the sites, the same evening I brewed it and brought it to life, so to speak). The tea was very fragrant, warming, with subtle notes of mint and rosemary. Come to the seagulls!
In principle, there is nothing much to describe in it) – everything is very simple – all the components of our tea are in the photo. I have a ready-made homemade currant puree without sugar, you can just take 2-3 tablespoons of berries and mash them well.
Take a teapot, pour black tea there (green is possible, but it seems to me that black is more suitable), add clean currant leaves, mint, 5 rosemary needles (I don’t recommend it anymore for the first time) and a few currant berries
And add berry puree or mashed berries, pour boiling water over everything and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Our tea is ready! Pour into a cup, add honey to taste.
