Diet Vegetable Rolls with melted Cheese Recipe
Recently I decided to stick to a proper and healthy diet and cook vegetable rolls in the oven. They are simple, but very tasty.

  1. Cut eggplant and zucchini into thin strips. We put them in two separate piles for convenience.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices so they don’t fall apart.
  3. We take the zucchini and grease it with a small amount of cheese (we take 15-20% cheese, you can replace it with a semi-hard one, then take a thin piece per serving) and wrap the eggplant with a tomato. Do not apply a lot of cheese, otherwise it will flow out when wrapping, a barely noticeable thin layer will be enough for both taste and satiety.
  4. We take a quarter of a tomato (instead of a tomato, it can be an Apple or a pear, also very tasty and unusual) and wrap it with eggplant, and this is still wrapped with zucchini. Fix it with a toothpick (s) and continue doing so until our vegetables run out.
  5. The finished rolls spread on a parchment or silicone Mat. If you added fruit, you can sprinkle with nutmeg. If done with tomatoes, then-ground pepper. The seasoning will not affect the calorie content. Do not add oil. Bake until ready and you can eat. Bon Appetit!
