Cut the duck into two halves along the breast.
Beat the duck well, especially in the thick parts of the breast and legs.
Wash the garlic, do not clean it, and crush it with a knife.
Ginger cut into washers in length, I had a root of ~10 cm, it did not feel much.
I marinated in the evening ( not necessarily), in a large form pour large sea salt, spread ginger and garlic, as well as sprigs of rosemary and thyme.
