A set of products necessary for the preparation of this dish.
Prepare duck breast: cut off excess fat from the sides. Then cut the breast into medium pieces.
To prepare the marinade: peel the garlic, cut into slices (not too finely). Add soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and black pepper (to taste). Stir until smooth.
Add pieces of duck, stir, cover with film and leave in the refrigerator: minimum - for an hour, maximum - for a day. Naturally, the longer, the tastier.
In the day to remove the meat from the marinade, dry the pieces with paper towel. Marinade NOT pour, and strain from garlic, marinade us still will need. Garlic to throw out.
Fry the meat in a very well-heated side WITHOUT oil. Time of roasting depends on your preference: if you love blood, then fry for about 1-2 minutes, if more than fried - about 4-5 minutes. But you can't fry a duck for too long, it's served pink.
When the meat is ready, take it out. And in the pan pour the marinade and simmer for a few minutes to thicken the marinade and formed caramel. It took me 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot, sprinkle with caramel and berries (optional). Great side dish - vegetables, mashed potatoes.
