Peel the pear, cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Put it on the salad.
Cut the pepper into small pieces. Put it on a pear.
Cut the cheese into cubes. Sprinkle with pepper. Sprinkle nuts on top and drizzle with olive oil. Mix 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp wine or apple cider vinegar, 0.5 tsp mustard, a little sugar (to taste).
