Red mushrooms fried in a frying pan, without boiling, according to my grandmother’s recipe. All the useful substances remain in the mushrooms.

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel, do not wet (do not rinse with water). Cut into thin slices.
  2. Chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil for three minutes, add ginger, salt. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Serve with sour cream, dill greens.
  4. Bon appetit!!!
