Fried Courgettes with Onions and Spinach Recipe
Last summer in Greece at the hotel we were given this dish. I liked it very much. Once home, I made it slightly improved the technology of making (in the hotel there was too much oil, and the zucchini was like a stew). Now this is one of my favorite zucchini recipes. A frequent dish on our summer table.

  1. Zucchini cut into circles 1 cm thick.
