In the summer heat, cold fruit tea will be a real salvation. It quenches your thirst wonderfully, protects you from the heat and tones you up. It is much more pleasant to drink than ordinary water, and it is prepared very easily.

  1. In a teapot, combine 1 tsp of green tea.
  2. 1 tsp of black tea.
  3. Pour boiling water over it. Allow to cool.
  4. Add a sprig of mint to the cooled tea.
  5. Cut the fruit into cubes.
  6. Add to tea.
  7. Then add 1 tbsp of honey. Mix everything well.
  8. Put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  9. Pour chilled tea into glasses and you can safely quench your thirst!
