  1. Squeeze out the garlic with a garlic press.
  2. Add salt, pepper and lemon zest. Good grinding.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add oil.
  4. Wash the parsley, dry it and chop it finely (do not spare the parsley). Add to the sauce. Mix it. That’s it, our sauce is ready.
  5. The fish is fried or boiled until cooked and still hot is poured with sauce.
  6. The sauce also went well with baked peppers.
