Chicken fillet (I cooked chicken Breasts) salt and pepper.
Fry on both sides (just for a minute) in well-heated vegetable (olive, corn, sunflower) oil on high heat.
Until Golden brown.
Place the fried fillet in a baking dish.
Fry the minced garlic in well-heated butter. A minute will be enough. Fire average.
Add flour to the pan. Fry, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes.
Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth (or water), the juice of half a small lemon and add the zest of half a lemon. Cook the sauce, constantly stirring with a whisk, until thick. Three minutes.
Lemons are both moderately sour and very sour. Therefore, before cooking, you should try the lemon that you use, the taste. And in fact adjust the amount of lemon juice in the dish.
The finished sauce strain through a sieve (the slices of garlic and the zest is not needed in the dish they gave up all their flavor to the sauce) and pour over chicken.
Bake chicken fillet in sauce in preheated to 200° oven for 10-13 minutes.
Serve with any garnish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
