Georgian Salad “Apple and pepper” Recipe

  1. Everything we need for the salad.
  2. Peel the apples from the skin and seeds, cut into cubes and put them in cold water for 10 minutes with the addition of 1 tsp citric acid.
  3. Peel the pepper from the seeds and also cut into squares.
  4. To the apples and pepper, add chopped parsley, sour cream, salt, sugar and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to infuse and cool down.
  5. Put it on a plate and treat the guests. The combination is unusual, but very pleasant, bright and juicy.
