Georgian Salad with Nuts Recipe
Georgian salad with nuts and Kakhetian oil. Georgia's favorite combination of juicy greens, ripe summer vegetables and crushed nuts, Svan salt and Kakhetian oil. Nuts are mixed with oil and vegetable juice, creating a thick, enveloping nut dressing. This salad is a constant dish on our table and it just can not get bored.

  1. Cut the greens, it's great when there's a lot of them in the salad. To traditional parsley, dill and cilantro, you can add a couple of twigs of tarragon, it will make the taste even piquant.Add cucumbers and sliced tomatoes to the greens.
