Georgian Salad with Nuts Recipe
Georgian salad with nuts and Kakheti oil. Georgia's favorite combination of juicy greens, ripe summer vegetables and crushed nuts, Svan salt and Kakheti oil. Nuts are mixed with oil and vegetable juice, creating a thick, enveloping nut dressing. This salad is a constant dish on our table and it just can not get bored.

  1. Cut the greens, it is great when there is a lot of it in the salad. To traditional parsley, dill and coriander, you can add a couple of sprigs of tarragon, it will make the taste even more piquant.Add cucumbers and sliced tomatoes to the greens.
