In a bowl, mix all the spices, roll the pork steaks in them and put them in a frying pan with a little oil. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Then we spread a spoonful of brown sugar on each steak and turn the steaks with the sugar down again so that it begins to melt. After the sugar has melted, turn the pork steaks a couple more times so that they are completely covered with icing. Fry them until fully cooked.
