Greek Salad “Catherine” Recipe
Recently we had a rest in the Crimea, and there we tried a wonderful salad from the chef. The cafe is called “Ekaterina”, hence the name. We liked it and we want to share it with you. Maybe someone will also like it.

  1. The salad is very simple, to describe it in stages, I think it makes no sense.
  2. Cut everything, arrange it in a chaotic order. Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan. You can add walnuts and almonds. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and season. It turns out a delicious, spicy salad.
