Cut the pepper into four parts, remove the seeds and stalk. Cut the tomatoes in half. Cut the feta or cheese into cubes. Can cut cut diagonally into thin long ovals.
For the dressing, chop the onion, garlic, add oregano, salt, lemon juice and oil. Mix well.
On a skewer, prick a cucumber, then half a cherry tomato cut up, then a cube of feta and olives, attach the other end of the butt. Insert the skewer with the salad into the pepper boat and sprinkle with the dressing.
