  1. Slice the cucumbers and celery.
  2. Chop the lettuce leaves and add the seeds.
  3. Then chop the spinach and parsley, add a mixture of peppers, lime or lemon juice, soy sauce and vegetable oil, salt to taste.
  4. Mix everything together, and our salad is ready.
