  1. Cut cucumbers and celery.
  2. Cut the lettuce leaves and add the seeds.
  3. Then cut the spinach and parsley, add a mixture of peppers, lime or lemon juice, soy sauce and oil, salt to taste.
  4. Mix everything and our salad is ready.
