The spices I used in this recipe are perfect for tomatoes. Giving them a wonderful taste and aroma.
Chop the garlic, chop the pepper and add the spices.
Sprinkle this mixture on tomatoes, pour olive oil and mix. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Fry the tomatoes in a grill pan for about 3 minutes on each side. The grill pan was the best fit for this, the tomatoes did not leak out and remained intact.
