Ham Salad Recipe
A hearty and at the same time light salad, quite quick to prepare! It won’t take much effort before a festive dinner. And soy sauce gives the salad a delicious taste.

Ingredients

Ham

gram
Rice

Egg

pieces
Tomato
2

Bulgarian pepper
Green Onion
Parsley
Lettuce leaves
Soy sauce
Grape seed oil
(or olive, to taste)
Instructions
Rinse the rice, boil it in salted water, then cool it.
Boil the eggs and cut them into slices. Leave a few slices for decoration.
Cut tomatoes into slices. Leave a few slices for decoration.
Cut the ham into cubes (I used turkey ham).
Peel the peppers and cut them into strips.
Wash the green salad and cut it into strips.
Finely chop the green onion and parsley.
Mix all the ingredients. Pour oil and soy sauce over the entire surface. Mix everything, taste and, if necessary, add salt (I did not add it).
