Instructions
  1. Cut chicken fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil with onion until tender.
  2. Add ketchup (tomato sauce) to taste, heat for a few minutes in a frying pan over low heat.
  3. Dry slices of toasted bread in a frying pan on both sides with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil.
  4. If the fillet is large, the cooled pieces of meat should be disassembled with a fork into fibers. Place the chopped chicken fillet with ketchup on a slice of toast. Put a layer of grated hard cheese on top. Cover the top with a slice of bread, in which pre-cut a glass hole in the center. Pour the yolk into the cut-out hole. Cover the top with a slice of bread.
  5. Wrap the sandwich with strips of bacon on all sides, smear with ketchup (this will give the bacon a beautiful color). Bake under the grill until golden brown.
