With great pleasure I share a recipe that I incredibly like. It lives up to its name. The salad is made from the most common ingredients, but the original design and great taste of the salad will certainly support the festive mood.
Peel the onion, finely chop and Fry until Golden brown. Wash mushrooms and finely chopped ( I used canned), send to the onions. Fry (do not simmer, namely fry). Add salt and herbes de Provence. Remove from heat.
Boil, peel and grate the eggs.
Boil chicken or fry until tender with Provencal herbs. Cut into cubes.
Garlic finely chop and mix with grated cheese.Now assemble the salad.:
