Homemade Cream Ice Cream in Chocolate Recipe

  1. Melt the dark chocolate pieces in a convenient way.
  2. Take paper cups.
  3. Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate into them (depending on the volume of the glass), carefully distribute the chocolate along the walls and bottom. Pour the remaining chocolate back into the bowl, leaving only a thin layer on the walls. Put the glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, use a blender to whisk the cold cream to the consistency of a thick foam. Then gradually pour in the condensed milk, add the vanilla syrup and continue whipping until smooth. (The ice cream is quite sweet, so you can add a smaller amount of condensed milk – to taste).
  5. Remove the glasses from the freezer, the chocolate on the walls is already well frozen.
  6. Fill the glasses with the prepared cream mass and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. Then dip a wooden stick into each ice cream Cup. Put the ice cream cups in the freezer for 5 hours, or better – all night. When the ice cream is frozen, lightly cut the top of the cardboard Cup and carefully remove the ice cream from it.
  8. The ice cream turned out to be tender, flavorful, with a creamy texture, which will win you over with the first bite.
