Hot Sandwiches with Ham and Pineapple Recipe
I want to share another original idea of making hot sandwiches! Ham and pineapple sandwiches have their own unique taste, are good both hot and cold and look decent even on a festive table.

  1. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put the bread to dry in a preheated 200 °C oven for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and crushed garlic (1-2 cloves).
  3. Spread the mayonnaise-garlic mixture on slices of dried bread and spread over the entire surface.
  4. Cover with slices of ham.
  5. Put a ring of canned pineapple on top, which I previously dried with a paper towel.
  6. Cover the sandwiches with slices of cheese and bake in a preheated 200 °C oven for 10-15 minutes.
  7. In the center of the finished hot sandwiches, put the halves of cherry tomatoes (you can replace them with grapes, olives). If desired, additionally decorate with any greenery!
