  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
  2. For marinating, mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, wine vinegar and a little basil. Leave it on for half an hour.
  3. Fry the meat in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Chop the vegetables.
  5. We tear the lettuce leaves with our hands.
  6. Put the meat on the salad.
  7. For dressing, mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  8. Mix the vegetables and put them on top of the meat. Pour the dressing over the salad.
