Wash vegetables and herbs. We weigh the required number of them. Grate kohlrabi on a grater. Crumble the cucumber and pepper in small cubes, and the onion, herbs and olives-finely. Mix all the ingredients in a deep container. Add cold-pressed vegetable oil (in my case from avocado), apple cider vinegar, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix it again.
Note: if you plan to decorate the salad with cucumber, then its amount must be increased.
