A simple recipe for healthy and very tasty kohlrabi cabbage combined with carrots and curry sauce. I am sure that the taste of this dish will be a discovery for you and, definitely, will add to the list of your favorite dishes.
Kohlrabi and carrots are cleaned, cut into cubes and fry until al dente (translated from Italian means " on the tooth” and describes the state of the finished product, but still quite hard and not boiled).
Add the vegetable broth and lemon juice and let it boil.
Add sour cream, curry seasoning and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
