  1. Wash the leek, separate the white part and cut it into 5-7 cm pieces. How many slices of bacon and green onions will be needed when cutting the blanks. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt to taste and lower the leek slices for 5 minutes. (When cooking on coals, it is not necessary to boil leeks).
  2. Put the boiled pieces in cold water, and after 1-2 minutes – in the marinade. Hold in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Then take out each piece and wrap it in bacon. Secure the rolls with wooden cocktail sticks or green onions.
  4. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the mold, lubricate the sides. (Optionally, you can add 2 tablespoons of water or broth). Lay out the “barrels”. Cover the mold with foil and put it in a preheated oven (180 *) for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Then remove the foil and leave for another 5-7 minutes to brown. Here are such delicious rolls turned out!
