Ingredients
  • 1glass Pastanecessarily small, I have in the form of asterisks the size of lentils
  • 1glass LentilsI have a red one, it looks more spectacular, but you can have any or yellow whole peas or chopped
  • Waterfor cooking pasta and lentils
  • 1tablespoon Butter
  • 2tablespoons Vegetable oilin water for cooking pasta and lentils
  • Allspiceto taste
  • Khmeli-sunelito taste
Instructions
  1. These are my pasta stars: small and cute.
  2. Boil in salted water until tender, adding a tablespoon of vegetable oil so that the stars do not stick together after cooking. Don’t boil it! It is better not to cook, then bring it to the desired readiness by holding it in hot water outside the stove.
  3. My lentils turn out red and very quick to cook.
  4. Also boil in unsalted water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to reduce the formation of foam. It took me 15 minutes from the moment of boiling. It is better to add salt to the beans at the end of cooking or directly into the finished product itself.
  5. Strain the lentils and pasta. Connect them together. Add butter, seasonings and salt to taste.
  6. The side dish is ready!
