Lightly salted Cucumbers in the Georgian Style Recipe

These cucumbers are prepared quickly and without any problems. They turn out crispy, delicious, juicy. With a slight piquant note and a sharp edge.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it, as well as the dill. Peel the pepper from the seeds and cut into a small cube, add the cumin. Use dishes with a tightly closed lid. I have a large plastic bowl.
In cucumbers, cut off the buttocks and cut the cucumbers themselves into cubes. Put it in our bowl. Pour salt and sugar on top of the cucumbers. Close the lid tightly.
The bowl is well shaken in different directions, so that all the spices are distributed evenly. Just a minute of intense shaking is enough, but without fanaticism. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for a day. Usually I cook such cucumbers in the evening, in the morning you can already take a sample.
