Instructions
Wash and peel the lemons.
We only remove the upper yellow part.
Fill the “skins” with vodka, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 48 hours.
Boil syrup from water and sugar. Cook for 20-25 minutes after the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the lemon-vodka mixture, cover with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 72 hours. After 3 days, strain and bottle.
